Job description
Role Description / Key Responsibilities:
Operational reliability support, including but not limited to:
- Working cross-shift with another engineer on alternating weeks Monday-Thursday shifts onsite, and other weeks will be worked Monday – Friday at home or the office.
- Review and optimization of existing maintenance plans based on historic work order information and interaction with maintenance personnel.
- Creation of new asset strategies and associated maintenance plans and bills of materials.
- Implementation of maintenance plans which have already been developed into Bentley on alternating weeks (working from home/office).
- Collaboration with operational, maintenance, engineering, and SHEQ groups on loss elimination program.
- Executing loss elimination projects for mechanical equipment at Key Lake.
- Gathering of technical data & information.
- Reporting progress on specific projects and the overall program.
Skills/Previous Experience:
- 10+ years of operations engineering experience, including experience in maintenance and reliability management.
- Engineering degree (preferred, but will accept a mixture of education and experience).
- Proficient in technical writing (for development of maintenance work instructions).
Work Schedule:
- Week 1: ON-SITE Monday-Thursday, 11 hrs per day
- Week 2: OFF-SITE (Remote/office) Monday-Thursday 8 hours per day

· Bachelor’s Degree Engineering
· P.Eng. Designation with APEGS
