Job Title: Shutdown Coordinator Location: Key Lake
Work Schedule: 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out, 11 hrs per day
Years Experience: Junior (1-3 years) Intermediate (4-9 years) Senior (10+ years)
Role Description / Key Responsibilities: The Shutdown Coordinator will manage the annual maintenance shutdown, leading planning activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include developing a shutdown execution plan, coordinating with various departments to finalize the shutdown scope, implementing and maintaining the shutdown schedule, holding planning meetings, and leading coordination activities during the shutdown.
Skills / Previous Experience:
· Strong shutdown experience on industrial sites.
· Proficient understanding of mineral or resource processing.
· Proven experience in delivering shutdown services on time and within budget.
· Strong task management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.
· Demonstrated success in building trusting relationships with stakeholders.
· Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and adaptability skills.
· Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
