We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Safety Trainer Subcontractor for a casual, part-time position, as needed, to deliver and teach NATT Safety Services material. You will be responsible for leading various safety training courses, including Working at Heights, Forklift, Confined Space Entry, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the NATT Safety Services safety training courses, adhering to industry standards, to a diverse group of participants.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Utilize modern tools and equipment to enhance the training experience.
• Build strong relationships with participants and clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering safety training or similar educational programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and engaging teaching style.
• Knowledge of NATT Safety Services is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to work flexible hours as a subcontractor.
