Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Description:

We are seeking a qualified Master Data, SAP Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting up PMs in SAP based on the company’s Mechanical Integrity (MI) Program for fixed assets such as Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Piping, etc. This involves following SAP Master Data procedures and practices. For piping assets, the incumbent will also be responsible for setting up Functional Locations and Equipment objects in SAP, collaborating with Reliability Engineering and key resources at operating sites.

This position may require occasional travel to operating sites in Northern Saskatchewan on an as-needed basis.

Years of Experience:

· Senior (10+ yrs)

Role Description / Key Responsibilities:

· Set up PMs in SAP based on the company’s MI Program for fixed assets.

· Collaborate with Reliability Engineering and key resources for setting up Functional Locations and Equipment objects for piping assets.

· Follow SAP Master Data procedures and practices.

· Travel to operating sites in Northern Saskatchewan as needed.

Skills/Experience:

· Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and work experience is considered.

· Attention to detail and understanding of mechanical systems.

· Proficiency in data manipulation.

· Advanced knowledge of SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance) and Microsoft Excel.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.

· Minimum of five to eight years of relevant work experience with industrial equipment for which master data must be created and maintained, either as a tradesperson, technician, planner, or designer.

Assets:

· Experience with SAP PM and SAP DMS (Document Management System).

· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
