Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Key Lake

Work Schedule: 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out, 11 hours per day
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join our team at Key Lake. The Maintenance Scheduler will play a vital role in providing project planning and scheduling support, collaborating closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and various teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance scheduling.
Years of Experience:
· Intermediate (4-9yrs)
Role Description / Key Responsibilities:
· Provide key project planning/scheduling support, working closely with all required stakeholders and SMEs.
· Develop the Annual Plant Shutdown Schedule in conjunction with stakeholders and SMEs, scheduling projects from beginning through completion, including pre-work and post requirements.
· Schedule all site activities, including operations, maintenance, projects, and supporting tasks.
· Strong understanding of work breakdown structure (WBS), critical path method (CPM) scheduling, earned value analysis, logic, and baseline management.
· Monitor and adjust the 24-hour maintenance schedule for progress and coordination between Maintenance, Operations, and Projects teams.
· Facilitate daily schedule update and coordination meetings.
· Support planning of short notice corrective work/found work requirements.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Skills/Previous Experience:
· PMP or PMI-SP certification.
· Advanced knowledge of SAP PM, Work Management & Master Data.
· Proficient with MS Project or Primavera.
· Advanced experience with Prometheus GWOS.
