Job Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our confined space rescue services, with a strong focus on health and safety protocols. You will lead and supervise a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. You will work closely with other departments to streamline operations and maintain customer satisfaction. Sales experience is an asset, as there will be opportunities to contribute to business development. The successful candidate must be willing to jump into hands-on tasks as necessary to support teams in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of confined space rescue services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and supervise team members, providing guidance and leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to business development efforts.
- Coordinate training and development programs to maintain operational readiness.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor projects and implement process improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within confined space rescue or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with experience supervising teams.
- Sales experience or business development background is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
