Description: We are seeking a highly experienced C&SU Control System Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with safety and cybersecurity regulations. Key responsibilities include developing PLC and DCS programs, testing and updating program functionality, commissioning industrial networking devices, and participating in commissioning team activities.

Role Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Develop PLC and DCS programs based on engineering inputs.
• Test, modify, and update PLC and DCS programs to ensure functionality.
• Configure and commission industrial networking devices.
• Identify and resolve problems related to PLC/DCS configuration and programming.
• Document deficiencies and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Complete commissioning documentation and record final configurations accurately.
• Participate in commissioning team meetings and support work execution plans.

Skills / Previous Experience:

• Extensive PLC programming experience with Schneider PLCs and Control Expert.
• Extensive DCS configuration and programming experience with Delta-V system (Key Lake only).
• Experience with Delta-V DCS Historian and OSI PI connection via OPC-UA (Key Lake only).
• Extensive DCS configuration and programming experience with EcoStruxure Foxboro DCS system (Cigar and McA only).
• Experience with EcoStruxure Foxboro DCS Historian and OSI PI connection via OPC drivers (Cigar and McA only).
• Expert knowledge of industrial instrumentation and data protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, HART).
• Experience in industrial networking and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong understanding of Windows server administration and Virtual Machines in Hyper-V preferred.
