TPS Group of Companies is currently looking to hire a permanent full time Administrative Assistant to work in our Lively office. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and efficiency.

· Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

· Demonstrate flexibility by being able to pivot quickly to address changing priorities.

· Assist in various departments as needed, showcasing versatility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

· Adapt to new processes and systems to enhance overall office efficiency.

· Work closely with other departments to provide administrative assistance and support cross-functional projects.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by assisting colleagues when necessary.

· Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.

· Streamline administrative processes to improve overall efficiency within the office.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.

· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
