We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Vaughan! As an essential member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
  • Track sales activities and maintain client records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
